Thank you for shopping at Curedriend Gift Shop. We take great pride in the quality of our curated gifts. Because our website functions primarily as an informational and inquiry platform, the following policy applies to purchases made or ordered through our shop.
In-Store Purchases & Pickups
For items purchased or picked up directly at our storefront adjacent to the Shell Fuel Station in South Odorkor, Accra, please inspect your items carefully before leaving.
Damaged or Defective Items: If an item is found to be defective or damaged at the time of pickup or purchase, we will gladly offer an immediate replacement or a store credit.
Change of Mind: Due to the curated and often delicate nature of gift items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a simple change of mind once the item has left our physical shop.
Custom & Personalized Gift Orders
Many inquiries submitted via our web contact form involve personalized or custom-curated gift packages.
All sales are final on custom, personalized, or perishable gift items once assembly has begun.
If there is an error on our part regarding personalization or the contents of a custom order, please notify us immediately at gifter@curedriend.com so we can rectify the issue promptly.
